The sanction function is what helps create the relationship between employer and employee. There are many ways the relationship can be maintained. Collective bargaining is one way to establish a relationship. It is when employees and employers agree on rules and wages. They come to a mutual agreement, that way all parties involved is satisfied. Maintaining expectation did also one way of creating a relationship. Employers set expectations and it is up to employees to execute them . This will allow healthy work relationships amongst administration and the staff. It is important that organizations have the proper communication to ensure employees perform at their best and don’t feel insecure in the workplace. The Bible states, “ Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those whose listen” (Ephesians 4:29, New International Version).
There are some rights public employee have that private employees don’t such as protection from the constitution. Public employees can not be fired without cause. Whereas private employees can be fired for any reason as long as its not discriminatory. I believe private employees should have more rights because they lack job security. My mother has always taught me that if I wanted a job that will last and benefit you in the future would be to work for the public. You in-cure time and leave that accumulate over the years . There are more benefits and opportunities in a public sector than private.
