Confederate History

Introduction

The confederate states were a collection of several states that seceded from The United States of America. They however did not get recognition as a sovereign state. To bring understanding between them, they had to come up with a document that governed them; this was the very first draft of the constitution for the confederate states. After the secession the civil war also began; unfortunately, the confederates suffered defeat and thereafter ceased.

Thesis:

Although they ceased to exist, the confederate states played a big role in the drafting of the constitution and had a big effect in the United States of America.
