hex editor file annalysis 3 4 pages

You will need to download a free Hex Editor for this.  Please do not do what the other tutor did to me.  I am stuck at this assignment and need help.  

Assignment 2:  

Attached is a  floppy image.

Open the image using a  hex editor

Find the root directory.  Hint: offset 0x2600 is the start of the root directory winmeboot.dd 

For the first four directory entries (files in that directory)

What is the file name?  winmeboot.dd 

What is the starting cluster number?

Write a detailed report documenting the steps you took to analyze the disk and the results that you found.
