The Kellogg’s company was founded by Will Keith Kellogg in 1906 at Battle Creek (Markel, 2018). Currently, Kellogg’s company is one of the American leading producer of cereals and other food stuff. Now, the question is WHY our team selected this organization? The reason for selecting Kellogg’s is that we found that Kellogg’s has settled their ethical standards, and they are doing very well for their ethical commitments. They have added the commitment to ethics and integrity in their values. Moreover, Kellogg’s has been rewarded as one of the world’s most ethical companies of 2020. They are committed to provide an ethical performance and clear guidance for employees so that they can understand where to stand (Kellogg’s, n.d.). There are many other things we learned about Kellogg’s, which make us to choose this organization for our project. The main interest came up from its ethical actions mentioned below: Kellogg is the company which use less plastic material for packaging or footprints as compare to all other paper food organizations (Gemeš, 2021). It is unbelievable that 76% of its packaging stuff is being recycled in all over the world (Gemeš, 2021). Additionally, Kellogg is focusing on decreasing the amount of organic and food loss, and making sure that most of the food used for feeding (Gemeš, 2021).
