Create a name for your organization along with one Mission Statement and one Vision Statement for this organization. Make sure your vision statement is aligned with, and related to your mission statement. Please have both statements be at least 3 sentences. Adding a slogan is optional
Then, answer the following questions using bullet points and double-spaced sentences:
1. What is your clientele?
- Population being served (Patients, workers, school children, etc.).
- Reason for choosing this location
- Operating Hours
2. What services are you providing?
- What type of meal service do you provide (breakfast, lunch, dinner)?
- What will you provide during meal services?
- Prices (doesn’t have to be too detailed i.e. “everything on the menu is 10$ or less” or “30-minute consultations for 45$”)?
- Type of menu items (healthy, organic, fair trade, etc.)?
