Include a brief summary of any general concerns, generational concerns, cultural concerns, or political issues that could arise during the change process.
Explain how attitudes and behavior of employees will be addressed to generate commitment and support for your change process.
Provide a summary of the steps needed to create and implement your change process plan.
Identify the steps to assess the success of your plan, follow-up procedures, modification or revision procedures, and how you will measure the success of your change process plan.
Include a conclusion that provides an overview of your change process plan and elaborates on the role that communication, innovation, and creative thinking play in each step of your plan.
Your paper should be at least three pages in length, not counting the title or reference pages. In order to justify the steps and processes used in your plan to your supervisors, you should cite research from at least three peer-reviewed sources.
