Sanctity of Life
Compassion for the Poor
Here is an example to get you started (Please use this format when writing your own post):
“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline” (Proverbs 1:7, NIV).
This verse shows a direct correlation between wisdom and knowledge, and contrasts someone who is wise with someone who is not. It makes me realize how important it is to my faith to seek wisdom.
“Who is wise and understanding among you? By his good conduct he should show his works done in the gentleness that wisdom brings” (James 3:13, NET).
This verse shows that wisdom is evidenced, or proven, by how we act and the things that we do. It makes me ask the question… do my actions indicate that I have wisdom?
